Abstract

Digital transformation in education requires not only technological readiness but also organizational conditions that encourage teachers to develop and implement innovative pedagogical practices. This study examines the relationship between leadership support, organizational culture, and teacher innovation in digital education. A quantitative explanatory design was employed using a simulated dataset of 100 teachers. Data were collected through a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire measuring leadership support, organizational culture, and teacher innovation. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression. The simulated results indicate that leadership support has a positive and statistically significant relationship with teacher innovation (B = 0.596, t = 6.106, p < .001). Organizational culture also demonstrates a positive and significant relationship with teacher innovation (B = 0.279, t = 2.854, p = .005). Furthermore, leadership support and organizational culture jointly contribute significantly to teacher innovation (F = 27.180, p < .001), explaining 35.9% of the variance in teacher innovation (R² = .359). These findings illustrate that teacher innovation in digital education can be understood as an organizationally embedded process shaped by leadership practices and cultural conditions. Leadership support can provide strategic direction, resources, professional development, and encouragement, while an adaptive organizational culture can facilitate collaboration, knowledge sharing, experimentation, and continuous learning. However, because the dataset is simulated, the statistical findings should be interpreted as illustrative rather than empirical evidence. Future research should validate the proposed model using actual data and examine additional factors such as digital competence, self-efficacy, professional development, technological infrastructure, and organizational readiness.
